Privacy compliance is very important to Linksys. Your DSR will be handled in accordance with the privacy law in your country or state of residence. For example, if you are located in the European Union, your request will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, and if you are located in California, your request will be handled in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, or CCPA.
In order to help us with your request, please answer the following questions. If you are not sure about an answer, indicate that you are not sure. If the answer does not apply to you please make sure to put “N/A” for not applicable. However, if you do not fill out all required information (indicated with an asterisk), we will be unable to complete your request, and if you do not fully fill out this form and are requesting deletion, not all of your personal data may be deleted.
Upon receipt of your DSR, we will send an email to the email address you have provided in order to verify your request. If you do not respond to this email in 7 days, we will assume you do not wish to proceed and will cancel your request.
After you have verified your request, we will notify you again when we have completed your request. This can take several weeks. Linksys will keep a record of your DSR.
As of January 1, 2022, Linksys DSRs are separate from Belkin and Wemo DSRs. If you need to submit a DSR relating to Belkin or Wemo products, please go to the Belkin website.
